The Vision Bond module can act as a standalone system or can be fully integrated with Vision Warehousing as part of Vision suite.

The module records the required information for HMRC payments of excise duty, customs duty and VAT and produces either electronic or paper submissions for the following documents

• W5 / W5D / W6 / W6D
• W1 Monthly Returns
• CFSP for Customs Duty

If used with Vision Warehousing it also provides AAD, W8, Export documentation.

If you offer cash deferments, you can now advise your customer electronically of duties paid on their behalf and post this information to your accounts system.

With HMRC now moving towards fully electronic submissions we have already taken the step to provide electronic warrant and duty submissions which is scheduled to be used from April 2009 onwards, whilst CFSP submissions are already being transmitted electronically.

With the ability to interrogate the system directly for all transactional data, HMRC require no more than a terminal, a massive saving of paper.
